Regular building maintenance
Regular building maintenance can be organized once or twice a week, periodically, one-time, or otherwise, depending on the client's needs.
Regular maintenance includes:
- sweeping the stairs
- wiping/washing the stairs with a flat mop
- removal of advertising material
- wiping the front door around the lock and handle
- wiping the handrail on the stairs
- wiping the floor, doors and walls of the elevator
- cobweb removal
- wiping the glass surfaces of the front door
- sweeping in front of the entrance to the building
NOTE:
Cloths and cleaning agents are provided by the User or our agency, depending on the agreement.
The service does not include the removal of bulky and other waste.
